About the Developers Workshop

Pegasus Property Group has managed up to 19 property developments simultaneously with triple-digit construction workers, and have sourced over 65 developments with over 10 million pounds value.

John started out Journey with buying his own personal home in 2009

Started off slow and steady and brought his 1st Buy To Let in 2012

Followed by his 2nd BTL in 2014 then founding Pegasus in 2016

He has poured all of his knowledge which is forever growing as well has his projects are scaling and wants to share it with others

At any one time John Can be managing between 6 to 15 project on average in Stoke

On the day there will be a meet up in the morning for network and coffees

Then we will all go into 1 minibus so everyone can learn together take a tour around Stoke see some site ranging from a small hmo upto a large commercial conversion

We will get some Lunch and more networking then back out to see a couple more project

Lastly end the day going back where we started where we can all disperce or have another coffee before going back to your friends and families
